Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in accounting, specifically with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com. They will handle accounting operations, ensure timely payment processing, and collaborate with our global team.
Key Responsibilities: Accounting Management: Perform day-to-day financial operations using QuickBooks Online, including data entry and reconciliations.Payment Processing: Handle vendor payments using Bill.com, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time.Collaboration: Work with global accounting team members to maintain financial records and support other accounting processes.Data Management: Update and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com (must).Familiarity with TimeDoctor, Monday.com, and Office 365 Suite is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
