Responsibilities: Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients Requirements: Native/Fluent Spanish speaker Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level) 1+ years of experience in a sales/support role Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset Competitive salary with performance bonuses Friendly and supportive team.
