Required qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, Communication, or a similar field. Availability to work under a hybrid modality in our Quito, Ecuador office. An advanced English level, as you will communicate daily with our international clients and team. Ability to take ownership of processes, communicate ideas clearly, and smoothly break down complex problems. Excellent organizational and time management skills to be efficient across multiple projects. Openness to receiving and applying feedback. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Demonstrates resilience and composure under pressure and is open to feedback and change. Shows a high level of emotional intelligence by recognizing, understanding, and responding to emotions, both their own and those of others. Nice to have:
Understanding of the software development life cycle. A Scrum Master or Product Owner certification. A PMI-ACP, PMP, or a similar accreditation. Experience with some of the following project management tools, including Asana, SalesForce, MS Project, Jira, Monday, or Clickup. Experience with project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Scrum, and, preferably, Agile. Day-to-day tasks:
Serve as the Scrum Master and/or Product Owner to facilitate Agile meetings and rituals, ensuring an open channel of communication with both our international client base and our in-house & remote teams. Work collaboratively with software developers, UX/UI designers, and other cross-functional team members in cutting-edge technologies to meet deadlines and maximize the value-add in various projects across multiple industries. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems by collaborating across teams to support digital products through their life-cycle. Maintain relationships with, elicit requirements from, and communicate progress to international stakeholders in a consistent and easy-to-understand way that addresses their unique business goals.
