E-Commerce Bookkeeper

Looking for an e-commerce-savvy bookkeeper to join our Atlanta-based team. The ideal candidate brings years of hands-on experience in e-commerce bookkeeping. The Role Role Description: Conducts data entry tasks using QuickBooks. Maintains and updates financial records, including AP/AR management. Manages collections accounts through customer outreach. Answers inquiries via phone and email from both internal and external stakeholders. Schedules and coordinates appointments and meetings. Monitors incoming payments and follows up with customers as needed. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
APPLY HERE >>> Ideal Profile Requirements: Minimum 2 years of remote work experience. At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with Google Apps such as Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is advantageous. BBA or related degree preferred but not required. Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Passionate about making an impact and thrive in a collaborative environment. You have at least 1 year experience within a Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry.
