Remarks: We are looking for an experienced moving and relocation industry Business Development Manager or Director/VP level to be responsible for driving marketing/sales and developing our moving/relocation account base by promoting Company superior technology and service levels as an auto transport management solution.

**EXPERIENCE IN MOVING and RELOCATION IS REQUIRED

This job is a constant challenge and requires a number of skills : good business sense and financial planning, marketing skills, strategy development, and implementation. By using the selling, negotiating and project management skills youve brought/ gained, you can sidestep into other areas of business.

This is no job for shy, stay:behind:the:desk:types as youll need to be bursting with self:confidence, love networking and enjoy presenting and public speaking. This role revolves around good communication and so whatever business you work in your duties are likely to include:

Youll do: (but not limited to)

: Maintain and grow moving/relocation accounts base through a proper balance of prospecting and maintenance
: Conduct current customer reviews and develop key KPIs
: Work with moving/relocation operations team to understand their business issues and provide technology and service solutions that meet their needs
: Sourcing new moving/relocation prospects, identify key targets and engaging in order to close new accounts
: Be alert for, and report changes in market conditions and industry trends
: Visit and meet with key customers and target accounts: travel is required
: Attend ongoing conferences/ trade shows and help develop marketing approach : travel is required
: A preferred knowledge base of SalesForce CRM in order to record all initiatives and activities
: Reports weekly to the EVP of Business Development on key KPIs for the division, strategies, development suggestion, etc.

Youll bring:

: Experience in the moving and relocation industry
: Bachelors Degree in business or marketing
: Minimum of 2 : 3 years direct experience in developing and selling new strategic partnerships and managing a portfolio of clients preferably in auto transport, logistics and/or moving/relocation field.
