Tiempo Completo- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Ad-ministration, Finance or Human Re-sources- Experience: 3 years minimum- Language(s): Spanish & English-Permit required: Valid account-ant's license in EcuadorAs the Office Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for:• Managing Expenses and ensuring adequate funds are available for operations. Expenses filed timely and reconciled appropriately. Inclusive management of cash advances, petty cash management, disbursement of claims and staff benefits on a timely manner. Ensure follow-up and implementation of actions with various teams.• Financial accountability, systematic checking of figures and budget availability.• Control, monitoring and analysis of monthly expenses and cash flow.• Involvement of Audit.• Providing assistance to management on budgetary matters, preparing annual admin budgets, and monitoring of actual expenses versus budget on a quarterly basis.• Management of accounting and reporting required by Ecuadorian law, including payroll, local taxes, and reports for the Ecuadorian Financial System, for instance: SRI, IESS, UAFE, BCE.• Bank reconciliation is an integral part of this role. Maintaining records, receipts of daily transactions, and handling of company expenses on a monthly basis.• Involvement of legal compliance with all Government companies.• Legal affairs involvement by liaising with legal teams on contractual matters, ensuring proper filing of all contracts, NDAs, and managing premises licenses. This would include managing insurance matters via liaising with insurance brokers on policies, renewals, payments, and vetting policies for accuracy.• Administration of the personnel roster and compliance with Ecuador laws and EF policies.• Support with recruitment and selection of staff.• Registration of contracts with Ecuadorian authorities: MRL, IESS, others.• Support the orientation program of new employees.• Management of contracts including settlements, registry of accidents, medical control, and other issues that may arise.• Lead the HR strategy for LATAM in coordination with the Global HR team and with the HR managers of the other countries in the region.• Manage databases and file systems related to the management of human resources, assets, contracts and cooperation agreements, and finances.If you are interested in this adventure, apply by sending your application to our French team at ****** before 31/05/2024 with the subject "Officeadministrator2024Universidad CompletaAvanzado3-4 años
