Bookkeeper (Quickbooks)

We're searching for a meticulous and efficient Bookkeeper to handle the financial intricacies of our New York based appliance business. If you thrive in a structured environment and are keen on numbers, this could be your next big opportunity. The Role Manage daily invoicing and financial entries using the latest industry software. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and reconciliations. Oversee monthly financial reporting and maintain comprehensive records. Handle administrative tasks including credit requests and proof of deliveries. Manage extended warranty documentation and process claims efficiently. Ideal Profile Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a preference for candidates familiar with the appliance industry. A quick learner who is extremely detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. What's on Offer?
